ood, Inc. (2010) is an Academy award-nominated documentary that is a must see film.

Documentary filmmaker Robert Kenner examines how mammoth corporations have taken over all aspects of the food chain in the United States, from the farms where our food is grown to the chain restaurants and supermarkets where it's sold.
Narrated by author and activist Eric schlosser, the film features interviews with average Americans about their dietary habits, commentary from food experts like Michael Pollan and unsettling footage shot inside large scale animal processing plants.

I think the major supermarkets are squeezing farmers for every penny so the way they are farming is being compromised

E.Coli in spinach and apple juice! This was grim watching but people are demanding cheaper prices and the food industry are having to meet demand by speeding up the natural growth process using chemicals. We only have ourselves to blame :hororr::hororr:
