Colon cleanse and IBS

I’ve been suffering from irritable Bowel syndrome (IBS) for a while now and I’ve contemplated the idea of using colonic irrigation as a form of treatment. Has anyone tried this method of dealing with IBS?

I’m concerned about making things worse.
