This is an infectious lecture by the very enthusiastic Julieanna Hever at TEDx talks. I only wish more people were as enthused over plant based nutrition as she is, I love this lecture, because it showcases how quickly our health can turn around by just changing your diet for a week or more.
Julieanna Hever is a 'passionate advocate of the miracles associated with following a whole food, plant-based diet'. She is more commonly known in the United States as 'The Plant-Based Dietician' and author of 'The Vegiterranean Diet' and 'The complete idiots Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition', More recently she has written 'Plant-based Diets: A Physician's Guide' (2016) in the Permanente Journal.
