We were all talking about our weight issues at work today and all us ladies have that middle aged spread. I feel like a human barrel and some days I hardly eat anything yet I can’t lose the weight around my middle.
Any tips on how to get rid of my barrel body?!
This is caused by hormones surely, but why :ne_nau: I don’t know!
What I do know is that if you carry weight around your stomach, look at the small amount you do eat, is there a high amount of sugar in your food? This is the likely cause, it is to do with insulin circulating too much.

I have been through the menopause so it could have been hormones but not now. I do think once you have that extra tummy weight you struggle to get rid of it.
