This is a delicious recipe I've tried out and felt the need to share. It's very healthy and filling.

I gave this a try last week! It is gorgeous and so easy to make, but I will warn you the recipe makes quite a large amount, I had soup for breakfast, dinner and tea for days, :doh

As a bonus, I noticed I was full for longer, and I lost weight. :encouragement:
