Attachment 142
Chilli and mustard foot oil
500ml of fractionated coconut oil
2-4 fresh whole chillis - cayenne (chopped)
50g chopped or crushed ginger root
50g black pepper
50g mustard powder
Place all the ingredients into a glass bowl and cover,
Place the pan on a pan of hot water and heat the mixture gently for 1 hour
Strain through a sieve and pour into sterilised dark glass bottles.
Rub a little onto your feet when relaxed, or in bed. This does heat your skin, so wash your hands immediately and keep away from your eyes.
Be mindful when walking on the floor, put socks on to prevent slipping. :doh

Wow! I’m sort of intrigued and frightened at the same time :hopelessness:
-
Crikey. It sure my hubbie wouldn’t want me getting into bed stinking of chilli and I would have to be careful where I put my feet or he could have something else warmed up!
-
Get some woolly socks, not sure the chilli is a good plan, knowing my luck I would react to the chilli and have itchy feet as well as cold ones :jb:

Cold feet, warm heart. Or is it cold hands, warm heart? :jb: Not sure about chillis on your feet!

Ginger is great for circulation, it may be beneficial to have a brew of Ginger and a touch of cayenne pepper, this will help you feel warm and may help to improve your circulation too :applouse:
