I love my broccoli, so it is great to read the benefits.
To ensure I don't waste it, I eat the florets either by cooking or eating raw in salad and juice the stalk and drink it as part of a vegetable juice. No wastage of food, no additional cost and all the benefits :encouragement:
Can you add the stalk into smoothies?
