I came across this video while browsing and having never heard of the Swedish Death Cleaning it seems certainly sensible. I can also understand how it can help our mental health to declutter from all the tat that we hoard.
My only issue is that I have a tendency to be committed to this concept on paper, but find the actual process so much harder. I find it easier to declutter my husbands stuff :sly:
