Hi, which part of the back is this said to benefit the most?
You can try a few Brisbane pilates routine and see if that works. It's the same as yoga in some ways. Really gentle on the muscle and bones.
I suffer with back pain and have tried everything to ease the pain so thank you for sharing this, I will give it a try
