Here is a quick and easy desert that is full of healthy benefits.

Ingredients
1/2 a large tub of organic live natural yogurt
1/4 cup of Chia seeds
1 cup of Raspberries/blueberries
1/2 a Pomegranate
Dried or fresh mint

The ingredients are variable according to taste. The quoted amounts serve two portions.


Mash the raspberries and chia seeds into the yogurt, when completely mixed up, scoop into your serving bowls.

Place in the freezer for about two hours

When ready to eat, take out of the freezer, add pomegranate seeds over the top of the frozen mixture.

Sprinkle mint for presentation and flavour.
