    Healthy Date and Oat bars

I make no apologies for using Deliciously Ella recipes, they are healthy, offer a great alternative to processed sweet food and they are gorgeous. These Date and Oat bars are no exception.

Thank you for sharing Rainbow, and you are right to make no apologies. I have tried these myself and whilst they took some mixing, it just added to the fun.
These are great to make with young children, and it gives you the chance to promote the use of natural products and sugar.

Deliciously Ella's book is currently available on Amazon for half price, I've put a link in the 'discount/Offers' section of the forum

I tried following this video, but she doesn't state the quantities, so they came out a bit chewy
