I've tried 'quick fixes' and I'm still overweight, the honest answer is that there isn't such a thing as a quick fix. You have to get your head around the idea that you're fat, it's affecting your life and you need to change....for good. As a result the change won't be quick, but it will be life changing. It make take years, just as it has taken years to pile on the weight.
