    Sugar free teething biscuits

This is such a simple recipe for sugar-free teething biscuits, it is quick and simple to make.

    Ingredients:
    1 egg
    2 cups of flour
    1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Fruit puree of your choice (home made) 2-3 tablespoons

    Optional topping
: cinnamon powder, Parmesan cheese, zest of orange

    Preparation time
    : 10-15 minutes
    cooking time: 30 - 40 minutes
    Makes: 12 biscuits
    Oven temp: 180c

    Preparation:
Add the flour and the baking powder to a bowl

Add the egg and fruit puree and mix it all together to form a dough.

Baking tray: Take small piece and roll it into a ball, then a sausage shape.
Flatten this out onto your baking tray to form a small rectangle that a baby can hold.
Continue until you have used up all the dough. Don't forget to leave a space between each one to allow for some expansion during the cooking stage.

If you want to, add your topping to the biscuits.

Oven: Bake in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown and hard.

Please make sure they are fully cooled before you allow your child to hold and chew on these delicious teething biscuits.
