Healthy baked Onion Bhajis; I had these last night for dinner; seriously easy, quick and nutritious. perfect accompaniment to a curry or salad.

Combine these ingredients in a bowl;
100g Chickpea flour (gram)
4 diced onions
1 tablespoon cumin
small handful of fresh coriander
salt & pepper
1 teaspoon coconut oil
20-30g milled flaxseed (optional)
Water (as required)

Mix ingredients and add splashes of water as required to create consistency. Mould balls and bake for 30 mins @ 180. I give them a spray with frylight before putting them in the oven. Bon appetit!
