    I find it way too confusing to understand the different dosha's, that said, I do think that it is a profound form of health care.

    Just find your own Dosha and concentrate on that. there are loads of online questionnaires you can use to help you.

    Ayurveda is a holistic practice, so is governed by the prevailing belief that the body is capable of healing itself. an important aspect of this concept is the purposeful consumption of nutrients, yoga and meditation amongst other practices.

    It is a very spiritual practice.
