Loose skin is so often caused by sudden weight loss, I feel so sorry for people that suffer from this in a severe way. I’ve seen images and tv programmes where people have worked really hard to lose weight, only to suffer the mental anguish of loose skin and the stigma of not being able to show their newly shaped bodies.

I’m pleased you have posted this, it is a problem that many people suffer from, but often too ashamed to admit to.

I have just read that Grapefruit oil can help to detox the skin of cellulite and help to tighten the skin, May a good scrub to get the circulation going while in the shower, then add some grapefruit massage oil to your skin afterwards, its worth a try!

I think yo-yo dieting causes loose skin as the skin gets stretched then shrinks and so on so it loses its elasticity. I think there are products and procedures to help tighten the skin ut if there is a large amount of loose skin it would have to be cut away which is extremely painful and expensive
