This is a really quick recipe if you have the ingredients in the house. I got it from Deliciously Ella and have varied the herbs from time to time, but this is the original recipe.

150g Gram flour
200mls water
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
Handful of chives, roughly chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and Pepper

Method:

1, Stir water into the Gram flour slowly and then whisk until smooth and small bubbles appear on the surface

2, Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk in.

3, Heat coconut oil (only a small amount) in a frying pan and then add half off the mixture, allow it to heat long enough to the top is no longer runny, about 2-3 mins.

4, Flip over and cook for a further 2 minutes (roughly)

Enjoy with a salad and slices of avocado
