    This seems a long video, but if you click on ‘more’ you can go to the time stamps to get to the point more quickly.
    I think the information here is very pertinent in improving our wellbeing, it is more of a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix, but if you only work on one every 3 months, you will be well on your path to health both physically and mentally
