About Louise
- Biography:
- After years of being surrounded by ill health, I started to question what was causing it and if it was normal. Years of study later and I have come to believe strongly in the notion that when the body has the right nutrients, it can heal itself of most conditions we see today.
I want to raise awareness of the importance of nutrition and highlight that aches and pains, disease and depression are not an aging process but simply a lack of nutrition.
The human body is not designed to have processed, chemical laden food. It makes us sick, so, I hope to be one of the many people out there trying to raise awareness and hopefully, I may change someone's life for the better.

I often enjoy a good debate with my friends and colleagues on all sorts of issues, not least health and nutrition.
However, I was recently blown away by a throw away comment made by a friend. I was talking about the power of nutrition in healing many ailments that people commonly suffer with. Including digestive issues, skin conditions and bowel problems.
My point was that people often turn to their GP or over-the-counter medications before making basic changes to their

I am fascinated by the reactions I get when I answer the age old question, "You've lost weight, how did you do it?" Obviously, I am grateful people have noticed, but I am always intrigued by their reaction when I tell them my secret; I cut out sugar and ate whole foods.
I see the sparkle in their eyes diminish to a glazed, opaque version of what was once there. I feel like I have let them down, and find myself apologising that my answer wasn't more interesting. The recipients shoulders

I have been shocked by how many friends and associates have been diagnosed as having cancer, the surprising thing about this is that their ages range from 35 to 60 years.
Now I know that the statistics suggest a ratio of one in three people will develop cancer, but they are just statistics, right!
well, it appears that statistics actually relate to real time events and not just school education. Who knew!
I have have watched my friends go through turmoil in the

I started this web site after years of reading about the effects and content of the foods we consume in the 21st Century.
I have been a vegetarian for the greatest part of my life and have dabbled with Vegan and Raw diets. Over the years I have come to realise that a raw diet gives me what I am looking for in a daily sustainable diet. I feel vibrant and alive, and my body reacts well to the nutrients it receives
The knowledge I gained through reading amazed,
