    Ylang Ylang

The name of this beautiful yellow flower means 'flower of flowers' and it seems it has earned this title over thousands of years through its use in folk medicine and skin creams. The oil which is steam or water distilled from the flowers is a popular choice for floral or oriental perfumes.

    Key Actions:

    Circulation

It can help to lower blood pressure, reduce a fast heartbeat and reduce fast breathing.

    Skin
Its balancing action helps to balance oily and dry skin and is perfect for use in treating acne and problem skin.

    Emotions
Ylang ylang has a sedative and calming effect, helping to create a sense of relaxed wellbeing. It is useful for treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, palpitations, stress and panic.

    Aphrodisiac
Helps to relax inhibitions and dispels stress, while at the same time being arousing.
